Keep your order number and photos of the problem. Signed-in buyers can request a return from Orders.
Refunds
We review your return before confirming a refund. A return request is not an automatic refund.
Refund method
Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer. Online payments are refunded to the same card or wallet.
Cancellation
You can cancel an order before it is shipped. After shipment, please use the return process.
